LeadnTrust terms of use and sale

Last updated: September 22, 2026

Publisher information must be completed before production.

Enter the legal company name, address, registration, applicable VAT information and, where required, the competent mediator. A legal professional should validate this document for every country where you operate.

1. Publisher and scope

LeadnTrust is published by [Company name], located at [Registered address], registered under [Registration number]. Contact: legal@leadntrust.com.

These terms govern access to the website, account creation, the free trial and professional subscriptions to LeadnTrust.

2. Service description

LeadnTrust provides LinkedIn prospecting, prospect qualification, AI-assisted conversations, reputation monitoring, competitor tracking, alerts and campaign management.

Available features, quotas, LinkedIn account counts and usage limits depend on the selected offer. The descriptions and prices shown on the billing page when ordering prevail.

3. Account, security and LinkedIn connection

The customer provides accurate information, protects login credentials and remains responsible for connected LinkedIn accounts. The customer must hold every right required to process data and request actions.

LeadnTrust uses technical providers to connect LinkedIn and operate certain functions. The customer must comply with the applicable terms of LinkedIn and those providers.

4. Free trial, order and payment

The free trial lasts seven days and covers one service: Prospecting or Reputation. When it ends, account history remains accessible, but services require an active subscription.

Paid subscriptions are billed using the frequency and currency displayed when ordering. Final subscription or invoice activation depends on payment confirmation.

5. Term, renewal and cancellation

Unless stated otherwise when ordering, the subscription renews automatically at each due date. The customer can manage or cancel it from the billing portal under the terms shown before confirmation.

LeadnTrust may suspend an account for non-payment, security risk, abusive use or material breach of these terms.

6. Automation, AI and user responsibility

AI-generated analyses, scores and messages are decision aids and may contain errors. The customer chooses the automation level and must verify configuration, objectives, links and sensitive content.

When autopilot is enabled, invitations or messages may be sent without individual approval within configured quotas, schedules and guardrails. The customer can disable it and remains responsible for the communication strategy.

7. Acceptable use

LeadnTrust must not be used for spam, harassment, impersonation, discrimination, illegal activity, circumvention of technical limits or unauthorized data extraction.

The customer respects contacted individuals' rights, applicable prospecting rules and opt-out requests.

8. Data, privacy and subprocessors

Each party complies with applicable personal-data laws. The customer determines campaign purposes and guarantees an appropriate legal basis. LeadnTrust processes data required to provide, secure and bill the service.

The customer can disconnect accounts and delete the workspace or account. Certain data may be retained where required by law, security or contractual evidence.

9. Intellectual property

LeadnTrust, its interface, code, trademarks and documentation remain their owner's property. The customer retains its content and grants only the rights strictly required to operate the service.

10. Availability and limitation of liability

The service depends on LinkedIn and connection, AI, email, hosting and payment providers. LeadnTrust does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the continuation of functions controlled by third parties.

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher's total liability is limited to amounts paid during the previous twelve months. Indirect losses, lost opportunities, revenue or data are excluded unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Changes and applicable law

These terms may change to reflect the service, regulations or security risks. Material changes are notified within a reasonable period.

Applicable law, competent courts, mediation rules and mandatory consumer provisions must be adapted to the publisher's actual status and operating territories before publication.
